Hi Lutz

The .375" H&H developed a sticky bolt and the case was difficult to extract at 4.8gm MV 1027m/s. so I'll knock back the RL 10x and work a load between 4.6 and 4.77gm. Next load development is based on consistency.

Mark,

i wish You Luck and would like to see some nice Papers (attached) with connecting holes.

Lutz

Hi Lutz

Lots of discussion on our web forum about the stability of the .375" bullet. With a 1 turn in 12 inch twist, I calculate that the bullet is very stable. Others think it is unstable and will keyhole. What's the answer?

LM: Mark, do not let the nice Numbers above fool You. Multi digits mean in this Case only computerized Guess work, not more. But 3,08 s1000 ms is grossly above the required Minimum, so be assured, they will not tumble! Also the 9,5 mm KJG is quite similar to the 9,3 mm KJG and that flies nicely from 9,3x62 and 9,3x64

You should get some nice groupings from me next week when I get to the 100 m range.

Cartridges, hdp-Recoil-brake, Wild Boar (Tin version)

9,3x62 KJG Loads + 9,5 mm Recoil brake (recommended for for .375") + Tin boar

Boar hunting was unsuccessful last night but we did see one Keiler 100kg but by the time we spotted him he ran away.

Dear Mark,

thanks for the Pictures. When You claim 16 mm for 4 Shots "super accurate", I wonder, what You shot before!

Regards Lutz, spitz@nafu.de

Hi Lutz

Many thanks for the 308 bullets. I cant get hold of any T2000 in the near future so if I substitute 10X as it works a dream in the .375". I shot Another Scottish Roebuck on Monday with the 7x64 as he was running away ay 128 m. He ran another 25 m after the shot. I stalked him down twice over 3 hours as he was being chased by an old buck over territory.
